  • Train B740 pulls out of the Palmer CSX yard past a signal mast, with tri-light heads still attached, on the ground just east of the diamond. <br /> Looks to be from the NECR side of the diamond as all of the other masts and signals were removed by the CSX crew the day the cutover was made. <br /> Sad... <br /> But on the brightside, note that the scaffolding along the side of the Steaming Tender, which has been there since the last ice age, has been removed!!<br /> 10/2/2018

  • It was a cloudy cool day yesterday but there was a fair amount of action on the B&M. We started with train 287 in the hole at the signals just west of Wachusett.<br /> 10/8/2018
